What is the average cost of Paragard without insurance?

I am looking into getting the Paragard IUD for a hormone-free alternative to birth control. I am currently on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Blue Essential plan. I have a feeling they will not cover any cost of the device and was wondering what the cost typically is when paying out of pocket and how much the monthly payment plan usually costs.
