Is there some way to turn off the 3 round burst function of CoD modern warfare 2? (PC)?

I like the m16 and the FAMAS but i just dont like the 3 round burst function they have, i prefer those two weapons to fire just like the other weapons do (fully auto) and i am also using PC, if that helps...
