How much should i expect from a settlement?

I was in a car accident and broke my arm in several places. I was admitted to the hospital overnight due to the amount of pain i was in and the hospital staff wanted to be able to manage my pain medication through iv. My total medical bills are estimated at 15,000 dollars and I missed a week of work. This was my first car accident ever and I had never broken a bone in my body before this. It is estimated that I will have arthritis because of this in the future and I will never have full range of motion like I did before the accident. How much do you think the insurance adjuster will offer me, and/or how much should i try to negotiate for.
