Mom asking for $, threatening to stop car insurance?

Thing is I make just above minimum wage, I don't want to get in the habit of lending out money and getting into debts. She has a husband and ex-husband, one is very generous to her with his money and makes 6 figure the other makes enough to raise a family in a middle class home, and I think she makes $10/hour.. what should I tell her? My dad's heavily suggesting that she'll cancel my car insurance if I don't give her $100, she doesn't even pay for my insurance her husband does. Again, question is how should I tell her that I'm not going to give her any money (at least not till I make a decent income).
