How can i make some extra money while my (new) career is just taking off and there isn't much income?

i'm a new insurance agent and there's not much money coming in yet. i have creative skills, some business skills, experience. i can't do much physical work since i have arthritis. i just need some extra $200 a week or so, and can only work 10 hours a week to get it.
