If the Brakes fail in my hotels van and i get into an accident, Can i sue the hotel?
The van i drive at my hotel is in horrible condition. They don't keep it up and the brakes failed and i hit a street sign. Can i sue the hotel for them not up keeping the van or does my insurance have to pay for this?
