Can you build a team around ty lawson?

the nuggets more than likely will part ways with Carmelo... in this day of teams making runs at 3 headed monsters i.e. Boston Miami and the Lakers do you think any significant free agents would want to come to Denver once Melo leaves and is Ty Lawson(since Billups and JR Smith might be gone as well) the piece to entice these guys to want to come over to Denver?
