What sort of insurance and permit do i need wen openin a nail space (to do buisness) in my aunts flower shop?

im a qualified nail artist planning to share a space to do buisness in my aunts floer shop. but because im using chemicals, i wanted to know what insurance i mht need to make sure im doing things correct. eni tips welcome, preferably to stop me getin in trouble with the old bill, thanx
