You cannot take out a policy on someone who is already in nursing care. You had to do that beforel she was sick. Secondly, you must get the other person to sign the documents unless you have a power of attorney. If you didnt get this earlier you cannot have her sign it now. No company will give you a policy on her without her knowledge and consent and no company will sell you a policy for someone who is in a nursing home.
