I damaged my rental car in Oz?

do you have a copy of the agreement? it probably states on damaging the car they will charge you. did you have to look over the car before hand and state the damage before? if so apon returning and its damaged you will be liable. your liable anyway as you did damage the car so there isnt really alot you can do, especially if you signed an agreement .only thing i can suggest is call them - perhaps they tried to call you .
