How do you get a ringtone off of the site myxer.com for the phone Instinct HD?

I had a version below the HD Instinct, and the only thing I had to do is go to myxer.com, click on the ringtone I want, hit download, and it would save it to my phone. Then I click on it and set it for who ever. I lost that phone a few days ago, and the insurance company replaced it with the HD version of it. I dont want to pay for ringtones, thats stupid, I want to be able to get them for free. So why is it not working? It says its downloaded, but no where to be found. Any one wana help that has this phone???
