How do i get a bump out of the bumper of my car?

I currently have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 and a few months ago I backed up into a pole - surprised to say I now have a bump in my bumper. Is there any cheap way to get it out without having to go to the auto shop? Your help is greatly appreciated!
