HELPS!!!!im 16 and i wanna get emancipated?

okay well right now i live with my aunt & grandma they have temporally custody of me till august..my mom moved to denver to "WORK" but she doesn't money to help for food nor bills nor me or my brothers personal needs and i was wondering could i get emancipated i don't have a job yet but i am get one
