Eb falcon charging system fuse?

hi, I have this problem with my car, it's an EB falcon 93 model and my problem is the alternator ain't charging the battery, so we went out and bought a new battery and alternator and still have the same problem, we disconnected the sterio because we thought that might be the probnlem but it ain't at all..... so we come to a conclusion and also we seeked advice from an auto electreician and he said it might be the charging system fuse/relay now my problem is i dont know were that is on the car at all, there are some relays under the steering whell,under the bonnet beside the battery and also some at the back of the battery..... i was wondering mif anyone could mtell me were that specific relay/fuse is located...thanks!!
