Do you think i will win my case?

i had my 18 year old friend riding shot gun. im 18. i was about to go to from a stop at a red to a green. then BAM. i got rear ended. long story short, the girl and her kid lied and said i made a sudden lane change and slammed on my brakes (complete lie). well she did 6400 in damage and her insurance isnt paying me cuz they took her side of the story. now im out of a car and need to take her to court. her kid is a minor. how do you think this will go? i do have a dui on my record from when i was 17 and so does my passenger plus other things on his driving record
