My husband needs health insurance for heart disease!!!?

my husband has a heart disease of pulmonary artresia and no one will accept him for health insurance and he can not get disability or medicaid no one will accept him and he has to pay for everything and we are just so broke and cant hardly let him see his doctor because he has to pay for every visit does any one know anyone who will at least listen and help with this situation???
