Is It Worth it to purchase the iPhone?

I am contemplating wether it is worth it to get the iPhone i am 15 and i will have to give up my allowance of $30 a month to pay for the insurance and data plan if I get the iPhone. I do have a job but they are only open for seven months out of the year and i make like $220 a month but I have to save the majority of it? Is It Worth It?
