How to get super powers on gta 4?

I need to know how to get super powers on grand theft auto 4,for example on power would be to be able to kick or punch a car or person and they would fly in the air.Or the power to fly or transport.Or have a car or truck that is super so when you hit other cars you will keep going and they will blow up,get damaged badly and get out of your way.
